Important Things with Caity

I have been missing his appearances on TDS for such a long time now that watching his half hour show is like seeing a year's worth of TDS Trendspotting in one go. It's a rush of hipster dorkitude! And to think... he could've just as easily have grown up to be a lawyer. Good choices, Demetri. Good choices. At least you can understand all your contracts' fine print.
In other news... have you ever passed around your iPod to show people photos of your fabulous exotic plants while discussing them in the same manner you would wallet photos of your kids?
"So here are my hoyas, also known as wax plants. I adopted them from Puerto Rico. Yes, they've grown so much since their transplanting."
"And here is my other one. It's a dalmatian orchid. Yes, this is it's second blooming, I'm so proud."
Yeah, I did that today in the ESE kitchen. Five middle-aged and very impressed women ogled my floral babies.
"Ogled" didn't bring up any red squiggly lines. And it looks like another bullshit word. Bullshit words should get their own color squiggly lines. Like brown for "Office Word recognizes this looks like bullshit, but you actually spelled it correctly, you word nerd."
P.S. On TDS last night, whenever Jon broke the fake glass in his hands and they bleeped him saying "fuck"... the way he tried to hold it back was incredibly, incomprehensibly adorable. "Comically Convenient Fishtank" sounds like a good band name. GOD I love that man! And I'm so PROUD of him too!
